From the press release: Le Saint Amour in Culver City unveils a new list of specials this week to make every night memorable. Chef Walter Manzke, just back from a trip to Paris, features a different bistro dish each evening, available either a la carte (Market Price) or easily upgraded (with a daily soup or salad and dessert) to a full meal for $29.

Poulet Frit – There’s a new Fried Chicken in town, and it speaks Française
Frites, piment d’Espelette, cabbage slaw, seasonal vegetables

Veau Viennoise
Pan-fried veal escalope, buttered noodles, asparagus salad

Choux Farcis
Braised Kurobuta pork, cabbage, fingerling potatoes, mustard sauce

Bourride Provencale
