A few weeks ago, I raved about the mussels at Le Saint Amour, a French bistro in Culver City, CA. Now I’ve just received word that the restaurant is shaking things up with some added bistro fare from chef Walter Manzke. After the jump, check out the new daily specials…

From the press release: Le Saint Amour in Culver City unveils a new list of specials this week to make every night memorable. Chef Walter Manzke, just back from a trip to Paris, features a different bistro dish each evening, available either a la carte (Market Price) or easily upgraded (with a daily soup or salad and dessert) to a full meal for $29.

Poulet Frit – There’s a new Fried Chicken in town, and it speaks Française
Frites, piment d’Espelette, cabbage slaw, seasonal vegetables
