Cat videos are a dime a dozen on the Internet, and the truth is that almost all of them make me laugh out loud. This one, however, most certainly produced some of the larger belly laughs of recent memory. What can I say? Take a curious cat, throw in a remote-controlled mouse, add some twinkly piano, and I’m sold!

That did make me laugh. Which was good as my family cat of 17 years got eaten by a fox (we assume) this week. Very sad but a great way to go out. I imagine in her dying breath she took out the fox with one last swipe of her claws. She was the William Wallace of cats. Without the holocaust denying and alcoholism. Well, without the alcoholism anyway.
My thoughts and feelings can best be phrased by a wise man, who once said “Poor pussy. Poor pussycat.”
And hey, at least your cat didn’t die of feline AIDS. I hear it’s the number one killer of domestic cats.
Aaww EdHill, is that what momma told you? I guess it is more creative than “she went to a farm”.
After 17 years can we really rule out ‘Suicide by Fox’?
